Shopping at Best Birding is very safe. All transactions are completed on a secure server. Our secure server software encrypts your credit card number so that no one else can read it.
Most items will use regular ground shipping. We normally ship by UPS or U.S. Mail. Delivery times may vary depending on the season.
A 6% sales tax is charged for shipments to the state of Michigan. Sales tax is not charged for shipments to other locations.

Returns
You may return defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase for either an exchange or refund. If the item is damaged, we will be glad to replace it at no additional charge. If is not what you were looking for, you may return it for a refund minus the shipping costs and a $7.49 restocking fee. Please call or e-mail us at: best.birds@yahoo.com for a Return Number before sending back your item.
